Why I procrastinate

I procrastinate, for things that either don’t have a deadline or one that’s far away, for things that I care little about, or for things that I don’t want to know the consequences to. But I think, primarily, I procrastinate because I try to be perfect. I always want things to be perfect, even though I know they will never be perfect. I also give myself this excuse so I don’t have to go ahead doing whatever I’m supposed to do in the first place. I need something to happen that will change my attitude with procrastination; maybe going to university is the change that will help me?
