I have the same problem. What I usually do is stay up until whenever I feel sleepy. Then when I feel myself falling asleep or when I get a bit tired and start to yawn, I set my alarm clock accordingly so I would wake up in 3 hours or so. So say it's 7:30AM and I'm getting sleepy, I would set my alarm to 10:30 or 11:00 AM. 3 hours is enough for me to get through the day, and by the time it's 9 or 10 PM I will fall asleep right away. I guess it's basically you're #1. I think... Good Luck Though =)

Yeah, I actually ended up doing #3 but then the next day I went for #1. I finally managed to get back into my regular sleeping patterns! Now hopefully it sticks for more than a single day :D

Don't take option 3! I didn't sleep on Thursday; instead I talked to Victor on MSN until 5 AM where he fell asleep while playing NHL. -.- I felt dizzy when i tried to fall asleep, not leaning on anything, on the bus. And when I did fall asleep, two hours of sleep felt like nothing. Moreover, I had to try act hyper, just to stay awake. When I got home, I fell onto my bed and slept for 14 hours... SO GARY I hope you get the point. lol oh shite Gary is coming back to Toronto this weekend? but damnn it i'm going bowling and to a buffet on saturday... anyways, as you can see... i'm bouncing before i'm very late for class lol

P.S. Exercise or do anything that would get you tired after school, THEN TAKE OPTION 1... it works for me most of the time.

Just go to sleep every day at 11pm and wake up at 7am whether it's the weekend or weekday.
