Hugh over at gapingvoid talks about the death of the blogging “A-list”. It’s an interesting read.

Moving in to the University of Waterloo

I’ve moved in about half of my stuff to Waterloo so far. I’ve gone back home to get my other half; I had to finish a few things first during Sunday evening, anyways. While there, though, I saw some high school friends, including Andrew, and Wendy (twice, and in the same spot!) too.
UPDATE: I’m not doing two trips because I have a lot of things. I just have some stuff to take care of, so that’s why I have to return Sunday night.

Went up to rural country
I went up to Sundridge, Ontario yesterday to a friend’s farm. There were fireworks, camping, and a great big feast ![]()
Photos to follow!
UPDATE: I also want to mention, that during the fireworks, one of the dogs there (there were 4) ran up to the fireworks and almost picked one up with its mouth. Someone managed to ran up to the dog in time, while it was within 5 meters of the fireworks, to drag it away.

I got home immediately before the terrorist threat
I arrived home just in time to miss the ‘airline terrorist plot‘, which greatly delayed a lot of flights - especially to and from London and England, which was where my airplane was going to and leaving from (Heathrow airport in London.) Thank goodness for that, although for some of my friends that I met in Europe, it won’t be as easy, because some are leaving to go to home sometime today.

I’ve chosen my university elective courses

I’m taking English and philosophy as my two elective courses. My schedule looks somewhat hideous; huge gaps here and there. On Tuesday, for instance, I don’t have any classes between 10 am and 4:30 pm. On Thursday, I don’t have any classes between 2:30 pm and 7 pm, and then my last class ends at 10 pm. And then on Friday, school ends at 3:30 pm - thankfully!

I need to start biking again

I haven’t biked in years! My current bike is probably 10 years old by now; I’m sure I could travel with it, but it’d be very, very uncomfortable. A lot of my friends have apparently again picked up the activity of biking, just for the sake of biking, so I suppose I might as well do so, too. I haven’t biked in years, but I guess as they say, once you learn to bike, you never forgot!

My dreams are getting boring

Usually when I dream while sleeping, I dream about things that have never happened, but would be nice if they happened. Like becoming a billionaire. Being a world dictator loved by all. Or getting my university degree. But last night, I didn’t dream about any of these things. Instead, I dreamt about my prom that passed about a month ago. How boring is that? I think I’ve gotten so bored that my mind is just recycling old memories and playing those as dreams instead of thinking of new things. Dammit!
Update: I remember some more details now. During the prom, I forgot to bring my suit so I was wearing jeans and a blue t-shirt. I didn’t enjoy the prom as much this time, and so it sucked this second time around.

My grad photos are in!
My grad photos that I ordered arrived today. I’ve got a few wallet-sized ones, for those who’ve been asking for them continuously. Get them while they’re hot!
Update: I ordered them AFTER school ended, since people bugged me for my wallet-sized photos during the yearbook-signing period.

Woke up at 4:30 pm today

I just woke up at 4:30 pm today, because I’m so tired from yesterday’s ACI BBQ/party. I had a great time, and went to sleep at about 5:30 am after I got home.
